The Kanye West news just keeps rollin in. Continuing the momentum that he started earlier this week with the debut of his song “New Slaves” on the faces of 66 buildings across the US, UK and Australia, the rapper has unveiled the official cover of his already controversial Yeezus album.
Yeezus will be released on June 18th and is available for pre-order on West’s official website. Last evening, he helped to close the Saturday Night Live season by performing “New Slaves” for the first time as well as another new track called “Black Skinheads”. What followed were divisions in his fanbase, arguments across the blogosphere and a reportedly angry Kim Kardashian, who was not given a shout out by her baby’s daddy.
