Now that Kelly Rowland has signed on as the newest The X Factor (US) judge, she won’t have the time to perform across as part of her Lights Out Tour with The-Dream. So, the dates for the venture have been rescheduled to facilitate her newfound relevancy in the media.
The Lights Out Tour will now only make stops in Washington, D.C. on May 26th, Baltimore on May 28th, New York City on May 30th, Philadelphia on May 31th and Mashantucket on June 2nd. Rowland will also make promotional appearances at Riverfest in Arkansas on May 25th and at Caribbean Fashion Week in Jamaica on June 8th.
Rowland will release her Talk a Good Game album on June 18th and although additional the Lights Out Tour shows would definitely boost the chart performance of her music, the longterm benefits of X Factor (US) far outweigh what she will gain from concerts hosted in people’s basements.
