The 2013 Billboard Music Awards took a frightening yet hilarious turn when Miguel hit the stage for a performance of “Adorn”. While belting unusually off-key notes, the singer-songwriter got overly excited and attempted to leap over the mosh pit but accidentally crashed into a fan!

“Got caught up in the moment,” Miguel explained on Twitter after his shocking showing. “thank goodness Khyati is okay.” For his sake, the stunned young woman better be in great shape or else his kaleidoscope dream will become a legal nightmare.
