Beyonce has performed “Grown Woman” live during her The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour but the full studio recording has eluded her desperate fans for months. Now, the complete version of the entertainer’s new song has hit the web, just in time to distract the media from discussing the contents of her womb.

“Grown Woman” will appear on Beyonce’s fifth solo album, which will supposedly arrive in stores later this year. Of course, that will only happen if her team finds a way to incorporate her reported pregnancy into the mix. As we wait for Beyonce to announce that she is “with child” at the 2013 BET Awards or with another documentary, listen to “Grown Woman” below:

The production of “Grown Woman”, which was provided by Timbaland, is phenomenal. It includes so many different styles and instruments while being laced together by Beyonce’s tight harmonies in her vocal arrangement. However, the lyrics are absolute garbage.

Is “Grown Woman” an example of the new age feminism that we should expect from Beyonce’s upcoming album? Hopefully, she was just having fun on this song because it’s hard to believe than an artist of her status is still singing lines fit for a pre-school dropout.
