Yes, this is really Kanye West.

It’s official: Kanye West’s ego has grown to biblical proportions. Mere hours after the innovative premiere of his song “New Slaves”, the narcissistic rapper unveiled the title of his new album, Yeezus, therefore proving that he has a severe and almost offensive messiah complex.

Yeezus will reportedly hit stores on June 18th and it has been described  by Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk as a very emotional set. “It was very raw: he was rapping—kind of screaming primally, actually. Kanye doesn’t give a fuck.” Obviously, judging by the title of the album and West’s recent public outbursts against the media.

West will perform new material from Yeezus during the season finale of Saturday Night Live later this evening. Will this great prophet bring his Mary Magdalene, Kim Kardashian, onstage with him during the show? I sense we’ll have to stay tuned to find out.
