J. Cole doesn’t need flashy, big budget campaigns to make his music a sell. His talent speaks for itself and when he visited the Hot 97 studios to chat with Funkmaster Flex, he left quite an impression with his fiery, witty and downright fantastic freestyle. Folks, this is one to watch!

Born Sinner was released to stores earlier today and it remains at #2 on US iTunes behind Kanye West’s Yeezus. The record serves as the official followup to Cole’s Cole World: The Sideline Stories debut and judging by the reception it has received from the public thus far, he has no reason to fear the dreaded sophomore sales slump.
