Kanye West needs to be stopped. Proving that he is desperate for the attention of the media, the controversial rapper hit the stage at the Governors Ball to perform several new songs, including “New Slaves”, “Black Skinhead”, “On Site” and the offensively titled “I’m a God”. Seriously, this is not a joke.
Clearly unstable, West ranted through a set that Hip-Hop fans across social media eager to get in his good graces called “legendary” and “epic.” Yet, does West really deserve such high praises when his music is a shining example of hypocrisy at its worst and grossly overrated.
Think about it: how could a man who parades himself for the paparazzi with Kim Kardashian, a talentless hack who is desperate to be famous by any means necessary, be taken seriously while discussing political issues? Hey, what do I know? I perhaps I should stick to discussing singers because I’m obviously not qualified to detect foolishness, even when West is screaming it in my ears.
