At least Lil Kim’s outfit looks good…

After Nicki Minaj was booed at the 2013 Hot 97 Summer Jam concert in New York yesterday, many of her fans bombarded social media pages with claims that the reports were untrue and that Lil Kim was actually the victim of backlash from the crowd. However, now that footage of Kim’s appearance has surfaced, it’s clear their comments were completely false.

Kim surprised the Summer Jam crowd by performing her classic “Queen Bitch” as part of Fabolous’ set. Although her face was unrecognisable and probably quite frightening to intoxicated patrons, her fans remembered the lyrics of her music and responded positively to the Brooklyn-born rapper.

Foxy Brown was also scheduled to appear at Summer Jam but failed to arrive on time. Meanwhile, Beyonce and Jay-Z partied in the audience as the original Queen Bee rocked the stage. Watch Kim’s performance at the show below:
