Mariah Carey lip-syncs for her life!

Mariah Carey really doesn’t even care about singing live anymore unless she’s in the mood. Earlier this evening, the larger than life diva made an appearance at the 2013 BET Awards to perform a rendition of her recently released “#Beautiful” remix and mimed every moment of the set.

Young Jeezy and Miguel both assisted Carey with her performance but only the former treated the viewing audience with live vocals. Carey, on the other hand, waved her arms, flicked her spirit fingers and just looked pretty in a giant chandelier as Jordin Sparks, Nicki Minaj,  and several other celerities shared pictures of their favourite singer on Twitter.

Carey will release her The Art of Letting Go album later this year. Expect great vocal performances on the record but the chances of ever hearing them live are very slim. Watch her BET Awards set below:
