Epic Records is clearly aiming to score a big debut with Ciara’s self-titled album, hence the reason for packed schedule during its opening frame. With the record now in stores, the singer has already appeared on Good Morning America and 106 & Park, but she returned to the latter for another round of performances today.

Ciara delivered a rendition of “I’m Out” on 106 & Park while a new video preview for “Read My Lips” simultaneously hit the web via Glamour. Tomorrow, she will visit Live! With Kelly & Michael before resuming her weeklong residency on 106 & Park later in the evening.

Let’s see if this ploy for sales will result in a high chart ranking for Ciara. More importantly, it will be interesting to see how Ciara’s team maintains this momentum in the coming weeks or if their efforts will cease before the end of July.
