Lil Kim’s new song, “Looks Like Money”, got her fans excited for the possibility of a new album but once again, the rapper has backtracked. Instead of finally issuing the record that has eluded her supporters for well over eight years, Kim has decided to release a mixtape that builds on her legendary Hard Core debut.
The Hard Core: Back 2 Da Streetz set was announced by Kim earlier today. Clearly edited on a budget, the set’s artwork closely resembles its namesake with a few noticeable changes: fake roses have replaced real flowers and Ciroc bottles are featured instead of champagne. I’m still uncertain if that’s Kim on the cover or a white tiger.
