Lil Kim’s “Looks Like Money” single cover

It’s Lil Kim’s 39th (?) birthday and she has a special gift for her loyal fans. More than two years since first announcing the title of the song, the Queen Bee has released her new song, “Looks Like Money”, as a free download and a clear indication that it probably won’t appear on her long awaited album, which is still under construction.

“Here’s just a LITTLE gift from ME to U on MY birthday that U guys have been waiting for!!” tweeted Kim to her followers on Twitter. Unfortunately, the auto-tuned, dated and lyrically uninspired “Looks Like Money” is certainly not what many of her fans were anticipating. Hey, at least it’s free.

There is still no word regarding the status of Kim’s new album. At the rate she’s recording, it will probably drop by the end of the decade. Listen to “Looks Like Money” below:
