Robin Thicke up close…

Robin Thicke previously commented that his Blurred Lines album is the least serious record that he has put forward to date and all of the material we’ve heard thus far proves his point. Thankfully, however, every song doesn’t include a Dance beat. For instance, the track “Go Stupid 4 U”.

Featuring Thicke’s raw falsetto over a an old school guitar melody – doesn’t it make you think of drinking a beer on a sunny beach? – “Go Stupid 4 U” is yet another flirtatious song in which the crooner proclaims his love for the female form. Somewhere in the word, Paula Patton just can’t wait for her husband to get home so they can have…fun.

Blurred Lines is now available in the UK, France and Germany but won’t arrive in US stores until Jul 30. If you miss the introspective and serious Thicke then check out to his previous works but this record is not for you. Listen to “Go Stupid 4 U” below:
