Yes, this is Tamar Braxton…

Tamar Braxton barely took a moment away from the media spotlight while giving birth but people have already started to forget her. In fact, the vivacious songbird was temporarily denied access to the 2013 BET Awards ceremony last evening! Perhaps, that is why she has finally decided on a concrete release date for her new Love & War album.

As Braxton confirmed on Z107.9, Love & War will arrive in stores on September 3. The record is preceded by the title track lead single and its followup, “The One”, which samples The Notorious B.I.G’s classic summer anthem “Juicy” and peaked at #40 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Whether this duet date for Love & War will stick this time is a mystery but at least fans of Braxton have a confirmed schedule with which to work instead of vague announcements that lead to nothing. Watch Braxton break the news to Z107.9 below:
