Danity Kane have reunited!

Those of us who remained faithful and made special wishes every time we blew out birthday candles during the last five years are about to have our prayers answered. Ladies and gentlemen, four members of Danity Kane have reunited and officially revived the chart-topping group!

Leaving D. Woods to pursue her dreams of solo stardom, Dawn Richard, Aubrey O’Day, Shannon Bex, and Aundrea Fimbres have joined forces to bring Danity Kane as well as girl groups everywhere back to the forefront of the Pop music. The band is expected to make a major live announcement tonight at 8:15pm ET during the 2013 MTV VMA pre-show and have already hinted at the title of a new record called “Rage”.

“I’m so overwhelmed”

Danity Kane landed a pair of #1 albums atop the Billboard 200 before being disbanded by their Making the Band founder, Diddy, October 2008. Since that time, they all pursued solo endeavours yet none of them matched the success their achieved as a collective.
