K. Michelle chats with the Hot 97 crew

K. Michelle’s Rebellious Soul debut album has officially been released and she is hot on the promotional trail. For instance, the voluptuous singer performed the set’s lead single, “V.S.O.P.” during last evening’s Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta reunion then announced some interesting news concerning new partnerships with Keyshia Cole and R. Kelly.

Did Michelle really sing live on Love & Hip-Hop or was she lip-syncing? If the former was the case then was she the victim of some terrible dubbing because their were several moments when her mouth and vocals didn’t match. Regardless, that’s not the point of this article so I’ll leave that for you to decide.

Today, while chatting with the Hot 97 crew, Michelle announced plans for a series of tours for the rest of the year. She will first hit the road on her own before joining forces with Cole and then her mentor, Kelly. People are say “I know that’s right” and bobbing their necks for joy in beauty shops across the US as we speak.
