Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Wrapped in Red’ album cover

Mary J. Blige and Leona Lewis better watch out because another diva is preparing to release a Holiday album of her own. Throwing her Santa hat into the ring is none other than Kelly Clarkson, who will issue her first festive set, Wrapped in Red, at the end of October.

“I have been dying to make this album since I was a kid,” Clarkson stated excitedly on Twitter. “I can’t wait for y’all to hear it.” Naturally, fans of melodramatic vocal gymnastics instantly began tweeting great songs of praise and worship in anticipation of the long overdue Wrapped in Red.
