Maxwell and Alicia Keys’ hair

The Lava Lizard was out of action for just a few days and the entire world fell apart. Well, it was just Alicia Keys’ hair but that is still a tragedy nonetheless. While performing on Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series, the songstress debuted her bold new look and left viewers…shocked.

Keys performed several of her hits, including “Girl on Fire” and “No One”, but her odd new look remained the focus of the show while she strutted across the stage. Even Maxwell couldn’t distract people from the overwhelming bangs that just refused to give Keys’ forehead the room to breathe.
