Adele my be dominating the US charts but she just can’t overpower Amy Winehouse in the UK. The latter nabs the #1 spot on the UK Albums Chart for yet another week, forcing her counterpart to remain at #2.

Winehouse’s ‘Back To Black’ holds the tally’s peak postion for a 3rd consecutive week following her sudden death whereas Adele’s ’21′ is suppressed at #2. Similarly, at #4 and #5, the duo’s debut records battle for space in the lineup’s upper regions with Winehouse’s 2003 release ‘Frank’ outselling ’19′.

Elsewhere, The Throne’s ‘Watch The Throne’ LP enters the race at #3 while Jay-Z’s wife, Beyonce, grabs the #6 placement with ’4′. The latter has been in the top 10 of the chart for 7 consecutive weeks since it’s release on June 27th.

Meanwhile, on the Official UK Singles Chart, JLS’ ‘She Makes Me Wanna (Ft. Dev)’ stays at #2. On the other hand, last week’s champion, Cher Lloyd’s ‘Swagger Jagger’, tumbles to #3.
