Keke Palmer is touching all bases with her new material. In addition to the Dance/Pop ‘Walls Come Down’, the young singer has also record the Contemporary R&B-flavoured ‘The Greatest’, co-written by Palmer herself.
Both songs were recorded to promote her appearance on the season 11 premiere of Degrassi which airs on July 18th at 9pm ET on Teen Nick. Listen to ‘The Greatest’ below:
Palmer certainly sounded more comfortable on this track than on ‘Walls’. In fact, this only increases my eagerness to hear her deliver a full R&B album along the lines of Monica’s ‘Still Standing’ where she would be able to showcase her full range.

i love her voice. i like this song a lot if she is the future of R&B it might be safe. as for the walls song i hated i couldn’t even listen it all the way through
i love this song.. alot of ppl don’t really know how great her voice is.. some ppl don’t even know that she can sing.! and for her to blow up she needs to come out with a dope ballad so she can show ppl that she’s not playing! she needs to prove to everyone that she is a music artist and not just a movie star.! she’s been singing wayy before she started acting and for ppl to notice her.. she has to break it to the table because no doubt her voice is beautiful!..she reminds me of the young brandy. her and tiffany could be the Brandy and Monica of today
