Keyshia Cole found an interesting way to promote her ‘Calling All Hearts’ album at a Detroit concert yesterday - she shaved hearts into her hair. The R&B singer was joined by her son DJ and husband Daniel Gibson at the show held at the Chene Park Amphitheater.
