R&B singer Ne-Yo made a guest appearance on BET’s ’106 & Park’ last evening. During his visit, the man of the hours spoke about the diverse material on his new album, ‘R.E.D’, and his reaction to Barack Obama being reelected as the US President for a second term.
Despite his new album, ‘R.E.D.’, being on track to become his lowest selling album to date, Ne-Yo refuses to give up on the project. As such, the singer-songwriter visited ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ last evening to help boost his sales.
No matter how much an artist promotes an album, if the material is weak and it lacks clear direction then it simply won’t sell. This will likely be the case with Ne-Yo’s lackluster ‘R.E.D.’ and sales predictions indicate that it will garner the lowest opening figures of his career to date.
