The-Dream released his free ’1977′ album earlier today. Featuring appearances from Big Sean, Casha and Pharrell as well as the previously heard ‘Wake Me When It’s Over’, the record precedes his fourth official Island Def Jam LP, ‘The Love, IV: Diary of a Madman’.
With his free ’1977′ LP available online tomorrow, The-Dream has been busy drumming up hype for the project with a new song called ‘Wake Me When It’s Over’. In fact, the title is the opening track on the 11-cut album.
The-Dream has unveiled the official tracklist of his upcoming free album, ’1977′. The 11-track collection, which features appearances from Big Sean and Casha, will be available online in just 5 days.
The-Dream’s free ’1977′ album will be released in less that 2 weeks and he is using this time to build buzz for the project with a new song entitled ‘Murderer’. The record was inspired by the upcoming blockbuster file ‘Columbiana’ where a scorned assassin seeks revenge for her slain family.
This won’t end well. The-Dream has revealed to Hip-Hop N More that he intends to start a Hip-Hop-infused Rock band similar to NWA that will address “political” issues.
