Confirmed: Jennifer Lopez To Return To ‘American Idol’

It has finally been confirmed that Jennifer Lopez will return to the ‘American Idol’ judging panel. However, the media mogul will be rejoining the show to the tune of a much larger pay cheque.
Executive producer of ‘Idol’, Nigel Lythgoe, announced that Lopez will indeed by on the next season of the series with a sizable pay increase. Instead of the $12 million that she was offered for her first stint o the judging panel next to Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler, Lopez will now receive a startling $20 million.
There is still no word regarding if her new contract requires her to actually learn how to sing before she gives the contestants any advice. Stay tuned.
