J. Cole’s hard work has not been for naught. In fact, following his mini concert on BET’s ’106 & Park’ and various magazine appearances, the rapper’s ‘Cole World: The Sideline Story’ is set to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 with numbers that far exceed his critics’ expectations.
‘Cole World’ is predicted to enter the chart with 225K-250K copies sold. Featuring contributions from Jay-Z on ‘Mr. Nice Watch’, the record was preceded by the singles ‘Can’t Get Enough (Ft. Trey Songz)’ and ‘Work Out’.

This is phenomenal news and with his promotional campaign in its early stages, there is still ample opportunity for him to surpass these projections and have consistent sales throughout the fall and winter seasons. However, this is not a signal for his team to get comfortable. Indeed, they need to maintain the momentum!
These are great numbers.
So proud of him. The album is amazing and he deserves it! Congrats!
so proud of him! even though I’m a bit sad knowing i’m not the only who listens to J. Cole anymore, I’m glad he’s selling this amount and his talent is being recognized

omg he might be the heir to the throne after all
WOOOOOOOOOOOP! So happy for him!!
I am happy for him. His lyrics are a refreshing change from b*tches and floss. His fans really worked promo for him. He came to me city and i saw him last year. he came back with cole confidential and met with fans months ago and revealed some of the songs. he was back here again a few weeks ago for a sold out concert. he is so humble and nice to his fans. couldn’t have happen to a nicer guy but alot of his songs that are on youtube from 1-2 years ago are better than ‘workout.
