Justin Bieber got wrapped on this festive cover of Billboard magazine’s latest issue. The young superstar will debut his ‘Under the Mistletoe’ album, which includes a duet with diva Mariah Carey on her ubiquitous classic ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’, on November 1st.
