Taio Cruz is known for his successful singles but he has yet to score a hit album and his latest song exemplifies the cause of his problem. ‘Hangover’, which features Flo Rida, is a new release from the Pop star and it exhibits a striking similarity to his previous single ‘Dynamite’.

If Cruz ever wanted to expand beyond success in the clubs then he will have to diversify his sound. Although he is the quintessential Dance/Pop act, there is still ample opportunity for him to experiment with material instead of recycling the same synth-bolstered production. If not, then Cruz will always be remembered as the UK Jason Derulo, which is a title that few will want to accept.
Dynamite was supposed to get the #1 spot. I don’t know what happened. I’d rather listen to him than Jason Derulo though.
Taio never used to produce songs like this. Back in the day he had soul and deepth. Now his chasing the money.
Taio Cruz and Jason Derulo are making crap music. I feel sorry for the fans.
