Willow Smith made waves last year when she released her smash hit ‘Whip My Hair’ but many of her fans wished that she had collaborated with her fellow breakthrough act Nicki Minaj on the track. Now, their demands have finally been answered with a new song from the young stars entitled ‘Fireball’.
Listen to the song below:
The production on the track is amazing! Bolstered by a bass-heavy drum beat and a recurring melody, it is perfect for both radio and the club scene.
Following the disappointing commercial performance of ’21st Century Girl’, many wondered if Willow’s success with ‘Whip My Hair’ was a fluke. However, her Roc Nation team was obviously determined to silence those one-hit wonder claims with this track. If that is indeed the case then they would certainly be successful!
Thanks Rap-Up!
