Brandy Previews Material From New Album, Shares Release Schedule

Brandy sparked excitement on earlier this week with the release of a new song entitled ‘Silent Night’ and last evening she intensified the anticipation for her upcoming album with a special UStream session. In fact, instead of just talking about the project with producer Sean Garrett, the R&B singer also previewed new material from the record.

Additionally, Brandy shared additional details about her future releases and revealed that the first single, which was written by Garrett, from her album will debut before the end of 2011 followed by the LP by April. Of course, the project will be handled by RCA Records.

It looks like Brandy has thoroughly prepared this project to be the best work that she has done since ‘Full Moon’! Garrett has an ability to craft radio-friendly records that translate well in the clubs and judging by the snippet of the previewed track, Brandy has achieved that edgy sound that was glaringly missing from ‘Human’.

Hopefully, Brandy has adequately planned the release schedule for the upcoming months and is prepared to stick to that framework. 2012 is already projected to be the most competitive year that the industry has witnessed in a long time so she can’t afford any mishaps!

   Brandy is an amazing vocalist and artist. Although ‘Human’ didn’t showcase Brandy’s talent as an artist, it is definitely one of the better releases in the last decade compared to some of her predecessors
