Lady Gaga seems to have run out of ways to stun her fans so she has resorted to basic methods of grabbing attention. The whacky entertainer, who recently dressed as a mermaid for the cover of Visionaire magazine, was photographed walking in the lobby of a London hotel while sheltering under a stylish parasol.
