New Video: Mariah Carey & Justin Bieber – ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’

After weeks of mounting anticipation and multiple previews, Mariah Carey and Justin Bieber’s video ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ has finally debuted. The visual was filmed in Macy’s in New York City under the supervision of director Sanaa Hamri, who also oversaw Carey’s ‘Crybaby’ and ‘Bringing on the Heartbreak’ productions.
Bieber’s ‘Under the Mistletoe’ debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 earlier this month. The record has thus far sold over 533,487 copies in the US.

Although some people might be puzzled by Carey’s revealing ensemble choices, she was simply being the sensual diva that she has been for almost 15 years. In fact, in her own way, she seemed to be paying homage to the late Eartha Kitt.
Still, the video was simply a large advert for Macy’s and was loaded with product placement. Hopefully, Carey’s ‘When Christmas Comes’ video with John Legend won’t be a similar production.

Ok.. Mariah is my fav, but I have to keep it real for a minute. That outfit in a CHRISTMAS video with JUSTIN BIEBER. She’s in her 40s he’s like 16. She looks great but come on now she’s old enough to be his mother. It was just uncomfortable to watch for me. I was already mad that she let him mess up her christmas classic with that autotune. Mariah, do better in your video with John Legend. You’re better than this.
