Jessie J has been generating buzz for her craft by dominating the reality show circuit during the last few days. In addition to her appearance on ‘The Voice of Holland’ yesterday, the singer ventured to the finale of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ earlier this evening where she simultaneously belted and gyrated in a sparkling costume.

So what did Jessie J perform? The songbird sung one of her usual song selections – ‘Price Tag’.

Jessie J delivered a great show but it is definitely time for her to retire her ‘Who You Are’ project. The album has definitely run its course on the charts and it was certainly a success in the UK -certified double platinum with sales exceeding 600K copies – so she should consider directing her attention toward developing a record that would give her sound she needs to penetrate the US.

Surely, Jessie J has performed ‘Price Tag’, ‘Do it like a Dude’, ‘Domino’ and ‘Who You Are’ on at least a dozen occasions – each – throughout 2011 and the excitement for those songs has passed. Hence, as we look forward to 2012, new material would be very welcome, especially since she could use her stint on ‘The Voice (UK)’ to promote it.
