Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’ has clocked a 6th week atop the Billboard Hot 100 and increased her cumulative career total time at the top to 40 weeks yet it was her mentor who achieved a historic feat on the tally. Jay-Z has achieved his 18th top 10 single on the lineup – the most for any rapper.
Jay-Z’s ‘N*ggas in Paris’ – his collaboration with Kanye West from their platinum-certified ‘Watch the Throne’ album – advanced from #15 to #8 on the Hot 100 and became his 18th top 10 hit. This accomplishment has given him the boost to surpass the 17-song totals of Ludacris and Lil Wayne. Furthermore, the track has been registered as West’s 14th top 10 entry.
Over on the Billboard 200, Adele’s ’21′ has reentered the top 5 at #2 after selling 144K copies during the last week. Furthermore, Mary J. Blige’s ‘My Life II: The Journey Continues (Act 1)’ has leapfrogged and Rihanna’s ‘Talk That Talk’. The record slipped to #6 on the chart by selling 72K copies but still outperformed ‘Talk That Talk’, which only sold 68K units at #7.

Listen Adele’s ’21′ will be in every household by the end of next year
Doesn’t look like ‘The One That Got Away’ will top the charts
*Flop that flop
Um… I dont know why bey stans are so pressed but you do realize rihanna’s album is in its second or third week right? So the fact that you would bring up her sales almost matching beys is sad…
@hoodrat What’s sad is she’s goin on her 3rd week and still hasn’t surpassed beyonces 1st week sales. justsaying, not a bey stan btw
Great job Chris
Bey has sold in one week what Rihanna will probably sell in a month, plus Rihanna has sold it around the thanksgiving/black friday period. If we’re comparing album flops i know what is and what isn’t. 4 sales >> TTT sales
Let’s not ignore Bruno Mars monster track “It Will Rain”. That’s gonna be the surprise #1.

Beyonce fans are so jealous of anyone who outshines her. It’s as if they want her to be the most successful at EVERYTHING…so when you have artists like Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Katy Perry shitting on their credibility, you read their negative comments.
