Beyonce Gives Birth To Baby Girl

After months of speculation regarding the validity of her pregnancy, conflicting due dates and several false birth reports, Beyonce has finally welcomed her baby to the world! Supported by her husband, Jay-Z, the entertainer introduced a baby girl early this morning in New York City.

TMZ has reported that Beyonce’s first daughter Blue Ivy Carter was born just hours ago via C-section. Surprisingly, the name of the child was excitedly shared with friends and family by Jay-Z.

Beyonce first announced her pregnancy at the 2011 MTV VMA where she shocked fans by displaying her baby bump on the red carpet as well as onstage. The singer claimed that she made the decision to share her pregnancy status with the world in such a manner to end any rumours by the media.
