Mariah Carey was celebrated last evening at the 2012 BET Honors for her contributions to the entertainment industry and she made sure that the spotlight remained on her for the majority of the evening. The diva was treated to tributes by Kelly Rowland and Patti LaBelle who performed ‘Fantasy’ and ‘Hero’, respectively.
Introduced by Epic Records boss LA Reid, Rowland was joined onstage by iconic rapper Raekwon for her rendition of the ‘Fantasy’ remix shortly before LaBelle belted ‘Hero’ and moved Carey to tears. See more images of Carey, who walked the red carpet with Nick Cannon, below:

yo mamma! Mariah looks overweigt as evidenced by the back fattyback. The dress and the too youthful hair do does not flatter her. The harlequin shape beeding on the front of her dress tries to camoflage her mid torso but it just draws attention to it and it’s not flattering.
