Chris Brown Shares ‘Fortune’ Cover & Release Date

Chris Brown has been hard at work on the followup to the his Grammy Award-winning ‘F.A.M.E.’ album and now, after months of recording and promotion, the record is finally ready for release. However, fans will have to wait another two months before they could purchase the ‘Fortune’.

Along with the unveiling of the ‘Fortune’ album cover, Brown announced that the LP won’t hit stores until May 8th. The record is preceded by the singles ‘Strip (Ft. Kevin McCall)’ and ‘Turn Up the Music’. Of course, the remix of the latter tune, which features Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna, has generated more buzz the its predecessors.

Thus far, Brown has promoted ‘Fortune’ with performances at the 2012 NBA All-Star Game and the 2012 Grammy Awards. He is expected to intensify his efforts to plug the record during the coming months.

   i like it. Simple but nice. But then again, i’m slightly biased because anytime Chris is in a suit…ch…my mind goes to another place lol

   Anyway, I’ll be picking up the album May 8th. His albums are always good. Love the variety of music he has on them. Not just all R&B

   I love the cover. The blue really stands out and the Suit oooo I love a man in a suit but anyway. I will be purchasing the album and looking forward to his new music. I am curious to see if this will be more R&B or Pop.
