Christina Milian Joins Young Money

Christina Milian’s career has been in limbo since her split from ex-husband The-Dream. however, in addition to her new position as the official Social Media Correspondent on ‘The Voice’, the singer has also landed a new music deal with Young Money Entertainment.

Headed by rapper Lil Wayne as am imprint of Cash Money Records, Young Money is also the home of several of the music scene’s dominant Hip-Hop acts, including Drake and Nicki Minaj. Wayne broke the news about Milian’s new deal with Young Money during the Cash Money Grammy Party last evening, shortly after paying his respects to the late Whitney Houston.

Watch Wayne announce Milian’s signing with Young Money as well as his snide remarks regarding Jay-Z and Kanye West below:

Hopefully, the “bad red bone” to whom Wayne was referring was not Milian because throughout her career she has encountered several professional issues after becoming intimately involved with her producers. Still, this is a great opportunity for Milian to relaunch her brand.

Young Money one of the leading branches of Universal Music Group and Wayne certainly invests the time and funds to ensure that his acts are successful. Hence, Milian would finally get the attention she needs to score a hit.
