Rihanna and Chris Brown have been toying with the media about the specifics of their relationship for months. However, regardless of the the fact that they might be dry humping each other in the VIP section of the club, one thing is certain: they have reunited in the studio.

She clearly knows how to toy with the media as well as manipulate her young simple-minded fans who are more excited for catchy tunes and controversy rather than a music that would stand the test of time.
Yet, could be really blame Rihanna? She knows her lane. She isn’t gifted with the voice of Jennifer Hudson or the musical genius of Prince. Moreover, she can’t even wine in time to the simplest tunes so she does what she has to do to remain relevant.
So, get that money Rihanna. I hope you get your birthday cake and eat slowly because in 20 years when you don’t have a single royalty cheque to show from your long list of hits, you will at least have memories of your fun youth. Still, I digress as I dance to this good beat.

Given I’ve never gotten into a domestic dispute, I don’t know how long it would take me to forgive that person. So I say, if Rihanna is over it, then the media needs to move on as well. I thought the song was hot. I agree that Rihanna has to start writing more. She is working on the other aspects it takes to be an artist (vocal lessons (I acknowledge that she does not have powerhouse vocals), dance lessons). In regards to CB, he did his thing on this song. However, as a fan of Rih, I’m afraid that the media backlash could lead to career suicide.

Trent, sometimes you say things that you haven’t properly educated yourself on. Rihanna doesn’t require writers credit, but she still requires 20% publishing on almost every record she sings. I’m guessing you’ve heard of a split sheet? Or artists requiring publishing (royalties) to perform the song?
I kinda liked it better as an interlude. With the exception of a couple lines here and there, the lyrics aren’t so great. They could’ve come harder than this.
Best thing these two could have done is to stay away from each other.

I liked it better as a interlude, but this will hurt Rihanna more. I think I’ll still listen to the album version because he just didn’t add anything remarkable to this track. I have nothing against Chris, but the song should’ve stayed solo. I like what she did on his remix though, LOL.
