Nicki Minaj Kicks Off NBA All-Star Game With Colourful Show

The 61st annual NBA All-Star Game is currently underway at the Orlando’s Amway Center and the event was kicked off by none other than Nicki Minaj. Sporting her whacky outfits and wigs, the colourful Pop star performed several of her hits including ‘Moment 4 Life’, ‘Starships’ and ‘Super Bass’.
If you have a problem with Minaj’s eccentric shows then don’t complain because she is adamant about her creative direction. In fact, as long as her “barbz” are pleased then she could care less about what the other people have to say about her quirky persona.

As stiff as Minaj appeared on that stage, she was still more coherent and enjoyable than at the 2012 Grammy Awards. We all know that she can’t dance or sing live and at least this time she didn’t attempt to recreate an old Lady Gaga performance.

The performance wasn’t bad, but it just goes to show how she can’t keep up with them animated voices like she does on the actual songs. She starts shouting/talking through songs like Superbass almost every time she does it live.
