Lady Gaga and her mother appear on 'Oprah's Next Chapter'.

Oprah nabbed the first interview with Whitney Houston’s family following the passing of the icon and she has scored yet again. Lady Gaga and mother, Cynthia Germanotta, appeared on OWN’s ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’ where they reflected on their eventful lives.

Gaga launched her Born This Way Foundation with Oprah’s assistance last month. The singer discussed the motivation for the venture during ‘Next Chapter’ as well as her musical beginnings, plans for the future and the shock that she experienced when she heard that Houston had died.
