Did you know that ‘Wishing Well’ is Terence Trent D’Arby’s biggest hit in the US?

‘Wishing Well’ is the only song released by Terence that climbed to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. It held the top spot on the chart for just one frame during the week of May 7th 1988.

Terence’s only other song to peak within the top 10 of the Hot 100 was ‘Sign Your Name’, which landed at #4 in 1988. Both tracks were released from his top-selling album, ‘Introducing the Hardline According to Terence Trent D’Arby’, which has thus far been certified double platinum by the RIAA.
