It has been a while since we’ve heard new music from Trina so it was a delight to see that she had released a new song. However, the Dance-themed ‘Outer Space’ is definitely not what the rapper’s fans were anticipating.

Featuring Kid Cadet and Vinny Venditto, ‘Outer Space’ the lead single from Trina’s upcoming project. However, it is not clear whether she is readying a new album or a mixtape.

Why has Trina abandoned her Hip-Hop fans? Yes, Dance/Pop is currently dominating the airwaves and she Trina needs a hit but venturing down the Flo Rida route is not the way to do it. I am just so shocked.

   Why are you shocked!? She’s already done this on her last album. Maybe you don’t listen to Trina enough, but this doesn’t surprise me AT ALL. Also, don’t compare Trina to crap FloRida. BTW, the song is hot…

   I don’t really think she’s abandoning her roots or anything she’s just trying something a little different, i doubt she’d make a WHOLE pop album.

   ….I’m not even throwing shade at Trin-Bean but when none of her albums are platinum, of course she’s gonna try anything.. She coulda kept this awsy though.
