New Video: Melody Thornton – ‘Smoking Gun’

Melody Thornton is certainly promoting her new ‘P.O.Y.B.L. (Piss On Your Black List)’ mixtape as though it is a full album. Indeed, the singer has debuted a new video directed by Hyperballad (Dano Cerny & Marielle Tepper) for the record’s latest offering, ‘Smoking Gun’.

The previous video put forward by Thornton was ‘Lipstick&Guilt’. Similar to that clip, ‘Smoking Gun’ is less than two minutes long. Watch the visual for the song below:

This ‘Smoking Gun’ video was impressive. Although Thornton’s vocal performance was shabby at points, she balanced the tune with her artistic approach to this clip, which looked like it could have been a scene out of a movie.
