R&B/Pop singer Beyonce.
Without posting a single tweet, Beyonce garnered over 3.5 million followers on Twitter but the singer has finally broken her silence. However, the very first message posted on Beyonce’s social media timeline was not what many of her fans were anticipating.
In true Beyonce fashion, her very first tweet was used to promote a product – her new website. Yet. the message is just the opening stage of Beyonce’s new era of social media presence as she also plans to launch a Tumblr page along with her husband, Jay-Z.

However, it will be interesting to see how she interacts with her fans during this new era of her career. Will she be raunchy like Rihanna, only promote her ventures like Christina Aguilera, comedic like Mariah Carey or spend her days retweeting her fans like Nicki Minaj?

Someone created that account for Beyonce, a fake and was posting as her. I remember responding to it thinking it was Bey. Then she stated that she doesn’t tweet and the heads at Twitter snatched it. Now she has finally began tweeting and I am uber excited. Can’t believe I finally get to talk to her.
I agree w/ KillBill92, I hope her Twitter is similar to Mariah’s. Because Ms. Carey is funny as hell. However, I’m a bit curious to know who was the person behind in categorizing her fan base on her website… that was quite interesting IMO, I found it a bit weird but hey whatever, I just hope it wasn’t HER idea.
