Thus far, I’m very unimpressed.
Usher looked old, tired and a fool with that stupid haircut.
Chris was good but predictable.
Ellen…I mean, Justin Bieber tried his best to be “street” and “urban”
At first I wasn’t to shocked with Justin beibers awful lipping and attempts at dancing, but it became to turn in to like 2 different moves and 10thousand hops, he and chris brown need lipsynclessons!
Jordan Sparks killed it
Jordin Sparks was amazing!
Jordin Sparks and John Legend are excellent vocalist.
I enjoyed that whole tribute. Cee L green was a hot mess
to me. Who told him he could sing.

Why doesn’t Chris Brown just be a dancer he’s made it clear he’s gonna ALWAYS lip-sync
@itsdonavonFOOLS. oh you must not have watched the AMA’s.
The show last night really cast a bad light over the music industry. The lip-syncing, the focus on dancing and theatrics, etc was ridiculous.
More Adele and Beyonce-types, and less of this MJ tribute act shit. I’d also like to see something different. The music scene is so predictable right now. Noone’s really challenging it and trying to be completely different and leave their mark.
And even then at least when MJ danced, he sang live and pretty much made people remember his performance the next night, no matter where he was performing.
But I’m really glad what we got last night seems to be dying in the music scene. Glad singers are coming back and I’m glad we’re moving past this techno shit. USHER, take notice and give us more “Climax” songs please.
Alicia Keys vocals are sooo bad!!! WHY THOUGH!!! She was sooo flat!
( Stevie revived that performance!
Whitney!! :’( was vvvvvvv good! John killed it! Jordin tried!
The Wanted are good!
Justin needs to exit the industry! He is shit yo! Lip-synced and was still crap! Usher is a snake for being good and his little one being trash! Just in it for the $$$
CHRIS AT LEAST TRY SING LIVE! DAMN!!!
Jordin Sparks stole the show for me.
The Good: Usher CARRIE LMFAO John Jordin Stevie
The Bad: Chris Brown, Katy, Alicia, Nelly
Chris Brown needs to just.dance.and let go of that tired lip sync routine. Katy stole Pink’s performance. Alicia does not realize she is not a soprano.
Overall this year was better than last year.

I didn’t watch last night, but look like Usher did good and I loved the Whitney tribute. It is hard for me to watch someone sang I Will Always Love You now. I just can’t do it without crying. So I am kind of glad that I missed that, but her daughter gave a nice acceptance speech.
Im in the minority and late with my thoughts but Chris Brown Slayed….lipsyncing or not. I thought he actually sang, you could actually hear the difference between him and the back track. Plus if he wasnt singing live then why wasnt he dancing harder like he usually does when he lip syncs. Either way Jordin Sparks was amazing and Breezy killed. everyone else can take a seat. At least to me.
