Slaydele. Shame they didn’t even give her at least one award on tv. I know she wasn’t there but still.
YAY KELLY WON
Yay Kelly *Claps Hands* About Damn Time She Won Something. Ugh! *Flicks Hair* lol
Both Destiny’s Child members won something tonight. Poor Michelle.
Yep Bee show em how it’s done.
Kelly won for motivation…Uhm Oh okay. Is that big?
Bee always gotta win something. I bet that’s why her fans are like ok add this to one of her many billboard awards. Whereas kelly’s fans are dancing and jumping and attending church and whatnot because of a Single that she won and her damn album still can’t scan 200,000 copies.
I didn’t even know Kelly had won because it wasn’t broadcast. I am not a Lil Wayne fanbut I am glad he
won too.
Welp… Adele snatched 12 out of 18. She’s a bad betch lol
And yay for King Bey getting Top R&B album! ^__^

Some of these awards are superfolous. Regardless of whether she was there, Adele should’ve gotten her shine.
Oh that Adelegend reign wont stop man…laaav it
I’m actually glad Beyonce won something for her album, “4″. Billboard Awards are the “receipt” for naysayers as you can’t win one without actually having commercial success. She did win the AMA for Favourite RnB Female, and a Soul Train Award but I was counting on the NAACP’s to award “4″ as an outstanding album although JHud won which I suppose is understandable. I just resent seeing great work ignored although I’m not a great Beyonce fan. But musically, vocally and credibility wise “4″ was probably her best work. I’m glad she chose more mature songs than nonsense like “Ring the Alarm” and “Kitty Kat” aka Songs With No Point.
Whitney Houston was nominated for 3 Grammys for “I’m Your Baby Tonight” in the Female Vocal Performance category and lost for 3 straight years (Ironic considering that album contains her best vocals bar Bodyguard). She also lost out on the AMA’s (5 of them despite the fact the album had sold 10 million worldwide and had sold 3m in the US!). Billboard Charts, however, showed that her work with worth it and she walked off with 4 “receipts” (Awards) all in the RnB category. I suppose somewhere your work will always be appreciated, if not by one group than the other. Let’s not get started with MJ’s “Bad” and how that album hardly got any receipts from the Grammys!
As for Kelly, well done on the award but it’s not really an achievement in my eyes when she had to sell herself with cheap, tacky sex lyrics to garner some interest. She is way above that and after Grammy and AMA nods plus Song of the Year wins at both Soul Train and Billboard (with BET Awards still to come) there’s an expectation that she’ll try this crispy dustiness again to get attention. Just sing, Kelly! Everyone saw how you blew away all weave-ons at the Mariah Carey tribute and with “The Greatest Love of All”. Show that power!!!
I’m SERIOUSLY ready to move on from adele
@ Val, me too.
Rihanna only won 1 from all those nominations?
I swear this is NOT shade but I read “Top Screaming Award-Rihanna”. Also I wonder if Adele will be able to keep up the momentum or if people will get bored with her sound
