Jennifer Lopez Mimes New Singles On ‘American Idol’

Jennifer Lopez performs on 'American Idol'.

Fantasia sang live on the ‘American Idol’ finale results show and sounded great. Even Rihanna dared to perform without a booming backtrack, regardless of her limitations. Yet, Jennifer Lopez felt that she was too good to even try so she just mimed her new singles ‘Goin’ In’ and ‘Follow the Leader’.

Joined by Flo Rida and Lil Jon for ‘Goin’ In’ as well as with Wisin y Yandel for ‘Follow the Leader’, Lopez lip-synced on the stage of the singing competition. On the bright side, she danced up a storm and kept the crowd entertained with her moves.

   So fake for her to judge people singing live and probably better than her, and then give them harsh criticism when she can’t even sing live herself. Only reason she did this show was to self promote.

   DONT JUDGE LIVE SINGERS, AND THEN FOLLOW UP WITH LIPSYNC!!

   To be fair, JLo never really gave a harsh critique to the contestants. She was the nice judge, and that’s why they want her gone. But apparently she’s leaving anyway, since she has a movie and a world tour this summer… -__-;

   At the end of the day, JLo has worked her beautiful butt off to get where she is. Self promote? With a net worth of $250million she doesn’t have to do anything ever again. She knows she’s not the best singer, often saying ‘I wish I could sing like that’ and she hardly gives harsh criticism.

   Yessss fi Jennifer Lopez!! this performance was sick! I don’t care if she doesn’t sing live (I know ironic since American Idol is all about LIVE performances). Neverthless, Bawse performance!! ‘Follow the Leader’ is my tuneee!

    I wouldn’t care EXCEPT she a music contest judge and that’s a shame. Feels like some of those singing voices judges do judge because they can’t (sing themselves). (Add John Legend quote on X Factor)
