Nelly Furtado Belts Acoustic ‘Big Hoops’ Performance

Nelly Furtado doesn’t have the most powerful voice in the music industry but she could surely hold a tune. To prove this point, the singer teamed with her band to perform an acoustic version of her new single, ‘Big Hoops (Bigger the Better)’, on VEVO.

Furtado’s new album, ‘The Spirit Indestructible’, will arrive on June 19th. She is expected to promote the record at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, which will air on May 20th. Until then, watch her sing ‘Big Hoops’ below:

Clearly yelling some part of the song, Furtado delivered a solid rendition of ‘Big Hoops’. Her voice doesn’t have much personality or presence but she did manage to keep me from closing the browser window.
