Nelly Furtado Brings ‘Big Hoops’ To ‘Alan Carr’

When Nelly Furtado performed her new song, ‘Big Hoops (Bigger the Better)’, acoustically for VEVO, she proved that she could handle the tune live. Yet, was that just a fluke? Judging by her rendition of the song on ‘Alan Carr: Chatty Man’, that may very well have been the case.

Joined by her special dancers, Furtado tried to sing ‘Big Hoops’ on ‘Alan Carr’ but seemed utterly confused onstage. Indeed, with her trembling vocals and bewildered expression, Furtado didn’t appear comfortable during her performance.

Furtado will release her ‘The Spirit Indestructible’ album in the US on September 18th. Watch her on ‘Alan Carr’ below:

Furtado needs to figure out how to perform ‘Big Hoops’ live if she wants to improve her chances of scoring a hit. If not, then don’t perform it at all. Allow the track to gain momentum on radio and then release a song that she could actually sing.
