Remember Willow Smith? You know, Will Smith’s daughter; the little girl who sang ‘Whip My Hair’ and everybody thought she would replace Rihanna? Well, in case you have forgotten, she is back with a video for a new song called ‘Do it like Me (Rockstar)’.
Willow was previously set to release her ‘Knees & Elbows’ album on April 3rd but the record has been delayed
until she finishes pubertyindefinitely. Other songs included on the LP are the singles ‘Whip My Hair’, ‘Fireball (Ft. Nicki Minaj)’ and ’21st Century Girl’.Watch the video for ‘Do it like Me (Rockstar)’ below:
It is blatantly obvious that Roc Nation doesn’t know how to handle Willow. All of her singles, with the exception of ‘Whip My Hair’, have failed to make a major impact on the charts and the initial awe of the public for the concept of a feisty 11-year old has passed.
My suggestion for Willow’s team? Get her a show on the Disney channel, build a following similar to that of Raven-Symone and let her enjoy her status as a second generation celebrity.

Its crazy how one moment ur hot, then next ur ……..who? Never would have throught this would happen to willow. Fame can be shortlived. At least it gives her time to grow into herself and figure out who she is. Shes got rich parents so its not like she needs the fame anyway. I say go to school and get an “normal” job. No shame in that.
I don’t think Willow did this as a career. Will and Jada said themselves they let the kids try things out. Maybe she just wanted to see how it was. Her parents are rich enough to support her. I’m sure that either Disney or Nickelodeon will be willing to give her a show. Roc Nation is marketing her to the wrong crowd, they are trying to sell her to adults instead of kids. Besides the KCAs, she hasn’t made any appearances on kid friendly shows so kids probably have no clue who she is. And she needs better material.

Yes, Willow has wealthy parents, but this whole fame thing doesn’t seem like she’s into it. I agree with Wonderland, Willow should just go to school and get a normal job when older. Nothing wrong with that at all.
